Elliot has been on T4 since January. I know most people say, use the Armour

(T3/T4 combo) instead of Synthroid (T4 only) and I would have used Armour if

Elliot had tested hypothyroid. But he looked and acted hypothyroid, but

tested HYPERthyroid (high T3) so giving him more T3 just seemed

inappropriate. So the endocrinologist, a wonderful doctor at Loma ,

prescribed T4 and it was, according to the endo, very apparently what Elliot

needed. " Classic thyroid response. "
