I think, four crucial components in writing good proposals in timely manner

include:

1. Persons with required knowledge who will be willing to provide good ideas for

project submission

2. Persons with the required expertise in writing good proposals.

3. Persons who will assist these persons in writing the proposal/ proposals.

Budgetting properly could be a crucial issue to ensure that the project can be

carried out subsequently without running short of funds. Statistical help is

often crucial in ensuring proper study designs.

4. Ability of the concerned persons who will involved in carrying out or

implementing the project in convincing the funding authorities that they will

be able to successfully carry out the project work.

A good past record of carrying out projects successfully definitely helps in

obtaining funds. The project write up should definitely highlight the necessity

for carrying out the study or project.

There could be other crucial components in writing good projects which which
