Re. Missing Indian NGO representation in UNAIDS PCB !?

This raises two more immediate questions for me -

1. How many of the UNAIDS PCB are +ve people ?

& 2. What is the Charter for membership of that UNAIDS committee ?

Maybe someone would be able to say how the Pakistan and Hong Kong

delegates have taken their briefings from the rest of their Asian NGO

colleagues.

Without knowing who makes up the Program Co-Ordinating Board and what

the decisions taken by that Board mean in defining the Programs for

Asia, that information could raise some more interesting questions

in terms of feedback.
