Guest guest
Hi , I am sitting here working on the scripts for all of the new audio tapes. I have been inspired to create several new titles since reading all of the messages from those using the new audio tapes and asking for more. Reading your message just made my day! There is nothing more uplifting to me than hearing that Life Lift is helping to heal and strengthen someone's body. I believe so strongly in the combination of Life Lift and Reflexology. I can do wonders for your entire body. I have been extremely busy the past few days and had something a little unpleasant happen so I was determined to wake up and have a really excellent day today. Your message was a great affirmation to the power of positive thinking. I will share with you what happened so perhaps you can all learn from the gift I gained from this experience. I have been trying to reach customers who purchased my video through a distributor since as all of you know, I try very hard to support my Life Lift users personally. He gave me a list of close to 3000 that is turning out to have a few too many names that are not legitimate customers. I have had the list for a long time and since he sent it in a text file I did not know how to convert it to my email box so that I could contact all the names on the list to see if they needed help. Sweet Karma gave me the suggestion to put the file into the Topica newsletter list since they take a text file and download it so it is mailable. It was a great ideas, but since some of these names were not legitimate customers, I received a really mean message from someone who thought it was a spam. I felt like crying as I tried to explain that it was not, but this person insisted that I was doing something else. I was frustrated and felt a bit helpless. I don't do well with people who think the worse instead of the best of people, since I can't really relate. Anyway, I climbed in bed feeling like I just wanted to close up the computer and never open it again. First I prayed and then I just tried to focus on releasing all of the negative feelings that resulted from this. Then I began the process of going to the place in my mind where all is safe and good. I fell asleep in that place. I woke up this morning feeling energetic and ready to meet the day. I started by opening the computer, (meeting the thing head on that had been at the center of the disturbance). I was so pleased to see many positive messages from people who had purchased the video a very long time ago and who had felt a little abandoned if they needed help. They were so happy to know that there is a live person out here who actually cares about them. The few people who did contact me who are not legitimate Life Lifter's and did not even know what it was, were kind and thoughtful in their responses. Then I read your message and it was as if a healing balm surrounded me. I felt totally over all of the stuff from yesterday. Thank you sweet for making my day. Thank all of you for being there, for remaining a positive force in my life. Thank you for trusting me with something as precious as your health and your bodies. I will always try to live up to that trust. The gift in all of this is that we do have control over how we feel each day. We will all experience things that don't feel good to us. It is up to us to decide if we will be controlled by these things and allow ourselves to feel out of control because of them, or if we will grab the reins, take over and reverse ourselves back to our positive state. Each of you has the power and ability to take a challenge and turn it away from you. Stay with the belief that you deserve to have a life filled with joy and peace and serenity. Stay with the thoughts that you do deserve to have your dreams come true. Hold to your heart the feelings that you are worthy, you are enough and you do not have to accept negative things as a way of life. Reject the negative and embrace the positive. You deserve nothing less. I am off to work on these projects some more. I pray you will all have a wonderful week! Guest guest
Rashelle, I am so sorry you had to go through that yesterday. There are some people out there who just thrive on trying to put people down. Whoever this person was is probably a self loathing individual that has no other purpose than to hurt feelings. What you have created is is so wonderful and is helping people of all ages to come to better health, happiness, and the bonus is toning and weight loss. Because you are such a caring and thoughtful, visible angel you are exposed to all kinds of criticism. Thank the Lord that you have the ability to overcome such negativeness. There are too many good people out there to let one individual get us down. Thank you so much for sharing this, and have a wonderful day. In the Victory Theory I talk about creating your dream team, that is people who actually care if your dreams come true. It is sure nice to have you on mine. I am certain you know it, but I will say it again. It is an honor to be on yours! Love you, Rashelle Rashelle, I am so sorry you had to go through that yesterday. Guest guest
Too cute Gail!! lol I can't relate to the brace...but Noah ( our 3.5 yr old son going on 45) tries to do sit-ups with me in the morning and night and he can't get up either with NO brace on! So, the fact that she is trying to anyway is great. Maybe she'll have a great little six-pack underneath when she gets it off ;-) Tracey > I was cleaning up the kitchen and heard grunting from the other room. Guest guest
Not only could it be a result of vaccines and and damaged immune system from the start, but what treatments did she receive in the hospital that made things worse, ie fever reducers, antibiotics, steriods, etc. ?? Kay had to share I just had to share this. We have a radio morning show here in Atlanta called The Bert Show and every year they take kids that are chronically ill to Walt Disney world (it is called Bert's Big Adventure). This morning they are telling all the kids that They have been chosen. As i was listening they started to share some of the illnesses of the kids and one in particular child really hit my heart Bert went on the explain that this one child was born healthy but got meningitis and had to have all their arms and lets amputated!! You don't know how upset i was to hear this. Does anyone else think that maybe the reason why and how she contracted it could have been through her vaccines?????? Anyone elses thoughts??? jen c

Guest guest
Wow! Alone time? I'm not familar with that..lol! It's amazing how many people you are going to start running into and want to know more about treatment, diagnosis, etc. I made up a little flyer type thingy, if you will, and just started handing out those out to people when the questions would start. Of course there are brochures now, so I just have some of those photocopied. Anyway, glad you got some alone time and that you were able to spread the good word, take care and have a great weekend! Well the second opinion doctor wants to just " wait and see " and doesn't want to have to sedate the baby to do a MRI. My mouth dropped and without thinking I got this puzzled look on my face and begin to tell her all about infantile scoliosis and the early treatment of it. I told her I was not trying to scare her, but if she had a gut feeling to go with it. I told her about the web site......I just hope she can remember it. I wish I would have had a card with the address on it. By the way did you mail those brochures out to me yet? Is the web address on the brochure? Anyway I hope these doctors are right and this little baby does not have scoliosis, but I am glad I was able to put a bug in this mom's ear. I just wish there was more awareness out there for moms and dads. Maybe then they would push the doctors when they say they want to wait and see. Guest guest
Tasha, What an amazing thing!!! I am so glad you were there at that moment to give this Mom some hope. I also pray she remembers the website. I think if you Google Infantile scoliosis now the site pops up as a choice. Way to go!!! Keep us posted on any other contact you might have with her. All the more reason to do an awareness campaign. I guess we will all be packing brochures with us :0) Oh, and good job on the alone time too. It is hard to come by, but very necessary. Glad you have someone (hubby?) to watch the boys so you can breathe. Shellie Tasha Fontenot <ryanswalk@...> wrote: Hi everyone, I just had to share my experience this evening. Guest guest
I love to hear stories like this (not that her babe has scoli, just that you were able to talk about it).....I hope she finds this group, and probably will after running into you! I made a request at the end of last week for brochures to be sent to you, and a few other members...I will do a follow-up on that now. Yes, the web address is on the brochure, along with ISOP programs, our mission, donation info, etc.. Early treatment awareness is growing by day, because of encounters like this, the wesite, the docs practicing early treatment, and especially parents who have children that have experienced its benefits. So glad you were able to mention your experience to this family. Please let us know if you hear anything, or if ISOP can provide them with info. Guest guest
The more I hear the more the question digs at me, how the doctors continue to say being a twin has nothing to do with it. Look how many of us are on the site with twins and one of them has it and now you run into a total stranger who again has twins and one has it. I wonder if there has ever been any research or studies into that? , mom of Evanlee & is (14 months) Shellie Grant <shelliegrant@...> wrote: I think has them in Colorado! HRH Had to share Hi everyone, I just had to share my experience this evening. I went to Target and while enjoying my alone time I ran into a woman with twins(I have twins if you don't know). So we start talking and somehow it comes up about getting a cast. She then tells me her daughter has seen 2 doctors because her pediatrician thought she might have infantile scoliosis. Guest guest
, I received the brochures today. Thanks so much. I took one to Staples tonight to get extra color copies. I am sending one to every family member because someone is always asking them about what their grandson/nephew has. I have just had this overwhelming feeling to get the word out. Why isn't this in baby books for new Moms. Why don't the hospitals give information about it to new Moms? I look back now and know if I had known anything about it we would have had seen at about 4-6 months. Anyway I would love to do an awareness campaign of some sort, but have no clue where to start. I guess talking to people and giving the brochures out is better than nothing. Guest guest
What about a fruit thing? They make edible bouquets .. maybe they make them in fun kid shapes. Steph Had to share This actually made me cry when Nic's teacher told me.... His homeroom teacher gives out " dollars " to kids who show the pillars of character or something else outstanding. The kids who earn them write their name on the back and they are put in for a drawing on Fridays. The person whose name is drawn wins a prize. Well, the kids decided they would all put Nic's name on the back to ensure that he wins a prize!! She said the kids just LOVE him. Nic even went to an assembly WITHOUT AN AIDE (which is a HUGE deal) with his homeroom. The HR teacher is a man, which I think makes all the difference in the world. He said at Parent's Night that Nic comes in and hugs him good morning then goes up and down the rows, shaking the kids' hands and saying " good morning " . His LS teacher said at the end of the day, all she has to say is " Pack up to go to Mr. H's room " and he literally shoves his stuff in his backpack in order to get over there. lol I want to do something special for the class....any ideas....they frown upon cupcakes, etc because they want to promote healthy eating. Di An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

Last week we ran quickly into Target to pick up a few things, he saw a side isle display of HS Musical stuff and reminded me we should get Sara something small since she is trying to earn a treat for good behavior in school. he reminded me Sara has had 2 weeks of Happy sheets. He even picked out what she would like ......... mind you he is 7 yrs old and he usually hits the electronic dept. every time we go to a store looking for a new DS game but this one day it was all about Sara and how he thought it was time for a treat .... even though Sara can aggravate the geebies out of him he still had good thoughts on his mind concerning her. I told hubby about this sweetness so today we rewarded him with a DS game that he's had his eye on of course it did come with a lecture first lol I wanted to explain why he received this gift and how proud we were of him heehee Catch them when they're good works for all kids Kathy mom to Sara 15 ¸...¸ ___/ /\ \___ ¸...¸ ,·´º o`·, /__/ _/\_ \__\ ,·´º o`·, ```)¨(´´´ | | | | | | | | | ```)¨(´´´ ¸,.-·²°´ ¸,.-·~·~·-.,¸ `°²·-.¸ As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Guest guest
Thank you, Gwen. That was such a great story and I love this song! Connie In a message dated 12/9/2009 1:24:30 P.M. When it came in he opened the box and waited for her to come home from school. We get home from school and I go to the Kitchen to decide what to do for supper and she goes to her room. Eddy comes out of his room with the box and says look Breezy at my new doll I got today it's for me, the box has my name on it. Well of course she gets all interested and takes the box and says no it's a girls toy, not for boys and it's for me. He repeats no it has my name on it. So she makes him leave her room and when he comes back to the door and says I want my doll back it has my name on it she quickly stops him at the door and shows him the box with the mailing label on it. She says no, it has my name on it. She had written over Eddy on the mailing label in red in, Bri. So the label now reads Bri Tanner. And they say our kids are not as smart...???:0:) Also last night Audra our 18 year old who is a Senior this year, YES! Audra sang in a talent show for FFA (Future Farmers of America) She chose the song herself and when she asked me to listen to her and see what I thought, well I cried like a baby. She chose God's Will by a McBride. If you have not heard it it speaks of a young man who has special needs who changes the heart of the singer with his love and life. I was so very proud of Audra. She sang it and won the contest here and will sing it for another contest in two weeks, then if she does well there she will sing it at the State contest. I have to often remind myself that our kids with Down syndrome do not just happen to change the life's of us, the parent's but they change the life's of the sibs as well. Mostly for the better altho we don't always see that. Merry Christmas to all of you and God Bless, Gwen

Guest guest
I wish I could share these little victories with family members, but everytime I say something about my Angel, they HAVE to rain on my parade and change the subject to their children. Well, anyway, a couple of months ago I bought a tablet PC with the intent of turning it into a communicator for Angel, who is non verbal. I've got the communication program up and running (and tweaking it) and yesterday, we went to TGIF with the tablet. Angel picked out what she wanted (and ate EVERYTHING) and I put the tablet away. After Angel finished her food, she reached around me to grab the case with her tablet. So I turned it back on (she was very anxious for it to turn on) and she asked for WATER! Joe and I were so pleased with her.
