Do you really think that the Government of India will care about the poor

people? Don't worry they never will. Of course, they are waiting for the

people to die off. Population control in disguise.

As you rightly put, they have enough money to by bombs and bullets but too poor

to buy antiretroviral medicines. They have even money to make Atom bombs.

Governments whether in America or India act the same. Of course there is a

difference, American Government has lot of money, so the people living there

don't feel this injustice immediately or directly. But you can see that in their

contribution to the Global AIDS Fund.

Moreover they can opt to be generous because they plunder and swindle through

IMF, World Bank and ADB all these developing' economies. And of course keeping

the citizens in good humour is also part of modern governness. But with

1000,000,000 population and half the size of American state and 400 years of

methodical leeching from British Empire, the Indian Government couldn't afford

to be generous. So they opt for arms to kill their own people and waits for AIDS

to spread, so the wealthy can have a nice time.

Of course we are Indians, we are all philosophers (Vedantins), we know that

we all will die. So why not of AIDS. Why not make merry with bombs? There

are many lives to live. So forget about this one.

Who knows, we Indians will all born as Americans in our next life, while you all

will be Indians. Who is having the last laugh!!???
