well Like I said in the letter I was going to contact CPS(which is actually

Children and Youth here in PA). I explained the situation and she said it

was a school matter and up to the school to determine if it is considered

abuse or not. Then it is up to the admin. to contact police if they feel it

is or I can contact police. I asked if I could file a complaint with her

myself and she said the school handles this. So she was no help and I can't

understand....abuse is abuse...what difference does it make where it

occurred.. s it less valid because it happened in a school? Oh well, I said

I'd contact CPS and I did. I don't need to tell the IU what they said. I

still have the option of calling the police too.
