Dear Group Members

It is a gross violation of human rights if the goverment goes

around checking hiv certificates. After some days the " HIV/AIDS

FREE " CERTIFICATE will be available at the local market as we get

licences for driving and guns.

I think our group needs to build pressure groups againt the

implementation of this order.
