http://www.changingmindsfoundation.com/education.htmlSince I have been very happy with the gingko and I need to place an order for supplements from Kirkman, I was looking on the Changing Minds site to see what the rest of their protocol was.I have never tried Methylcobalamin and have just used folinic acid. Kirkman's has both Methylcobalamin that can be given sublingual and folinic acid supplement with B-12. If I get the Methylcobalamin and the Folinic acid

with B-12, will I OD her on B-12??? The B-12 in the folinic acid is just 6 mcg, it's 5000 mcg in the Methylcobalamin. Seems like the 6 mcg would barely be noticed at those rates!Anyone else on here doing the supplement protocol outlined on Changing Minds? The information on the site is rapidly changing all the time!! You really have to go back often and read. Am thinking of getting the Phosphatidylcholine sold here : http://www.bodybio.com/main/products/bodybiopc.htm Anyone tried that one yet? already gets lots of the EFA's and I swear they make a

huge difference in her both cognitively and in her skin- no red cheeks or cracked lips here... well today they are pretty nasty looking with the strep and not being to give her the oils!!! but will get back in the swing later today if her tummy seems up to it.I think I am going to forward the info on prozac to my Ped and let her mull it over. I wish there were some studies out on this. Makes sense, but drugs scare me with out some research to balance out the risk/benefit factor.Anyone know of any new advances with this whole deal????
