Guest guest
I had a conversation with Freddie's speech therapist the other day about Prozac. She said many of her clients are on a low dosage and that it helps with their anxieties. She feels that it has been an improvement for her clients because it allowed them to get past some anxieties and be more " available " to learn. That made a great deal of sense to me. I have seen Freddie get upset over something sad happening to a character in a book. So much so that he won't want to read the story again because he knows the sadness is coming. Of course there are less controversial kinds of SSRIs on the market. Just a thought I wanted to share. No, Freddie is not yet on Prozac but I am learning more and more everyday. Knowledge is a good thing!!! nna Mommy to Freddie 6yrs Full Inclusion Kindy (Again-But it's a good thing!!!) ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
