I think outside of a healthy diet exercise and some sunlight now and then..and what ever TNI or Med Protocol you like.. then there is nothing you can do. It will drive you crazy waiting for the shoe to fall. Love your child and enjoy him or her in the now. GOD forbid if something like that happens.. but if it does then you just help your child best you can. Don't worry about what " could" happen. It also MIGHT NOT happen.
