Guest guest Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 my mother, was diganosed, with mestasis Breast cancer in Aug, 07 it had spread to her stomach & colon, she goes comatose for 2or 3 days at a time & awakes really really weak, she's to the point now that her nausea meds doesn't work & all she can eat is one bite, her throat is closing up, she threw up today yellow bile, sevral hours after breakfast, & then again at 5pm before she ever ate anything , same amount same color, they elected not to give her chemo-or radiation because it had spread too much, is this what usally happens this is the first on hands experience I've had with cancer, so how much worse will it get? we've had to go to supositories & liquid meds how can she be throwing up on an empty stomach? any one have any answers? or advice?
