Guest guest
Welcome Nigel! I take DIM, too. There are tons of studies done on it, so you might want to do some internet research. I remember Cliff Beckwith using Dr. Johanna Budwig's CCFO protocol. He, too, had prostate cancer. I used it also, and it worked wonders not only on my overall health, but on the thyroid tumor I developed after radiation treatments. I wasn't a big fan of flax oil, but I love cottage cheese. I bought only organic cottage cheese and mixed it with Barlean's lignan rich flax oil. I highly suggest adding this to your Dad's diet. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johanna_Budwig I'm including the link b/c it references some papers she did. Also: http://www.budwigcenter.com/johanna-budwig-biography.php All the best, Judi, who just celebrated 13 years as a breast cancer survivor1

Guest guest
Hi , He has worked up to 6 x 500mg B17 over the last 4 months. He has also been doing veg juices. He got down recently because he felt the B17's were causing a stomach/kidney pain and loss of appetite he was feeling - along with just feeling generally down (understandable!) He has lost weight and we were just looking for any suggestions as to any side effects of B17 (the pains?) and anything else he can do. Thanks Nigel > > Nigel just joined our list.
