Guest guest
Hi Judi and other members, I recently joined this group. I wasn't sure if the group was still active. I waited and then received emails. Thank you for keeping it active. Judi, you said that you ate apricot kernels. I guessed apricot kernels in powder form? Where can I get apricot kernels? If any member has purchased apricot kernels online, please provide me the direct link. Thanks. An, Signature: Appreciate and show care for others. The B17 is good, but he's taking quite a bit. I ate apricot kernels when I took it and I never felt bad. IF, and that's a big " if " , it were my Dad, I'd probably have him lower the dose to say 1-2/day and continue juicing. I would definitely do the cottage cheese & flax oil regimen...no question about it. Maybe your Dad would benefit from l-glutathione (in the form of undenatured whey) and possibly DMG. You should look into this and see what you think. BTW, when I juiced, I juiced an organic apple every single day, along with organic carrots and a sliver of beet (not always organic). I sometimes added organic celery to this, and sometimes just juiced apple and ginger, which makes for a very tasty drink. Juicing is an excellent way to get nutrition without the body having to work to digest food. No digestion means the body can work to rid the bad stuff.
