Join us as Ron Mulvaney will present an overview of the Plan for Achieving Self

Support - PASS! He will include an explanation of this empowering work incentive

from the Social Security Administration. He will also discuss the use of the

PASS; how it can and cannot be utilized; as well as the rules and components of

the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance

(SSDI) disability cash programs as they relate to the use of PASS.

Gene Oulvey, DRS, will also discuss the rules and regulations of DRS in

supporting self-employment. Gene will provide some practical considerations as

to what DRS and can and cannot fund as individuals contemplate a business

start-up or expansion.
