All Meetings will be from 6:45pm to 9:00pm.

All five workshops are designed to be individual trainings. You may register

for one, or for all five trainings in the series. The training format is

interactive and allows time for individual questions and discussions surrounding

topics related to transition planning.

The trainings are FREE, but seating is limited. Registration is required.

Registration information will be available after February 8, 2012. Registration

will begin on March 1, 2012
