Please tell me where I can obtain this publicly documented information. I spoke

to Lavonne Covington (301) 827-4460 at the FDA yesterday to inquire about any

documents put out by the FDA relating to Ampligen, the 501, 502, 504 trials or

any since then, she told me that there was no information that she could give

me, she said everything is confidential and nothing would be available to the

public until after the drug was approved or not approved. I ask for this so

that I could learn of any information good or bad about Ampligen. She said the

FDA would not release any information until a later date and she had no idea

when that will be. She said only the press releases were those that told if

trials would begin, end or more patients would be added and what type of trial

it was. No other information. I talked to her prior to your post, but on

Monday I will call her again and ask about " FDA publicly documented potentially

fatal side effects " in the meantime if you could let me know where I can go to

review the same information you viewed I would appreciate it very much.
