Guest guest
Nelly, Sorry I am not keeping up and forgot to repond to this fair question.... >Congratulations on your good results, but you seem to be doing so many other >things how can you be sure it's the Naltrexone? Mind you if it makes you >sleep and feel better without any side effects, I guess it is worth it. >Something else I might try soon. The answer is I don't, but I give it some or most of the credit because it did help my sleeping! In fact the other things that might have influenced my cell counts positively whcih also happend in the last few months are: a) alpha lipoic acid (300mg) glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate (1 - 1.5 g of each) c) more exercise (definitely helps NK counts) - but this exercise is only because I CAN do it without crashing. (COULD anyway - this week have crashed after a bike ride that was too much - damn) >My own personal experience with a related substance: codeine. I have noticed >that if I use codeine as a painkiller, I often feel better the next day, >and sometimes the effect lasts for 48hrs. For what it's worth. Wierd as usual, codeine and naltrexone are antagonists. But this is not contradictory I think when you consider the complexity of the bodies systems.
