I have had CFIDS for 20 years, and have also had a high ANA all this time as well. My last ANA test was 640. I have been evaluated for Lupus. I have been told I don't have it, as I don't have many of the other criteria for it. No joint pain etc... Not sure where the hi ANA test fits into the CFIDS. I also have another friend online who has had a high ANA test for many years, and after his own research, and efforts to treat himself with supplements, no longer has an elevated ANA. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with ITP, and she too has a high ANA test. She has been evaluated for Lupus by a top Pediatric Rhumatologist...and so far, no lupus diagnosis. I have a lot of questions about this subject, and it is on my list of ideas to research, but my list is too long...(g). Jane
