I think I know what you're talking about - it's a short quick gurgle? Like a

little reflux maybe? My myotomy was on Oct. 20 and I'm now having a little

problem swallowing (aiiee). I'm going to call my doctor's office tomorrow

and schedule a visit. I think you should also. Are you taking Prilosec?

Maybe that can help the gurgling.

I am on Prislosec, morn. and eve. It is not a short gurgle either,

it is long, very long and embarrassing! I can make it louder and

longer with my breathing, taking long breaths in, for example. I

have my follow up with the surgeon on Thursday, so I will mention it to

him also, and go back to my specialist if need be! Thanks for the
