This is very true. What is the current situation with accessing

latex condoms? Also, are there supplies of water-based lubricant

that do not contain nonoxynol-9? As I understand it, the commonly

available form is only from & and is costly. Are

any companies going to break this monopoly and provide sachets

for " on-the-go " usage and other lower cost lubricants?

If so, it would be a great help to know as we are trying to sustain our

program in Nepal.
