Enclosed please find pre-final agenda of the India satellite in

Barcelona. Several organizations and individuals worked long hours to

assist us in planning the satellite.

WE THANK ALL OF YOU for valuable assistance. The purpose of these

satellites are mainly for networking and also to begin a dialogue on

critical areas. We have received overwhleming response to this

satellite and DON'T MISS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO NETWORK.

We tried to make this as much participatory possible. For those of
