Dear members,

We are in the process of applying for funding by the " Global Fund to Fight AIDS

etc " for our " Internet based Quality Control in bloodtransfusion " project. Is

there any experiancy in the forum with the so called CCM organisation in INDIA.

We need the contact person in INDIA and a example of the " Proposal Form " Section

I, Section II and Section III. To our understanding we fill in section IV and

VIII.

All information and assistend will help

Dear Nivard,

We are pleased to inform you that the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria

issued this year's second call for funding proposals on 2 July 2002. The closing

date for submission of proposals is 27 September and the Board will award grants

in January 2003. The new guidelines and the revised proposal form are available

on the Fund's website www.globalfundatm.org , in the six official UN languages,

in a downloadable format. Online application will also be possible. You may also

request them at your local UNAIDS or WHO office. Any submission or resubmission

must conform to these new Guidelines and new Proposal Form.

Please note that in order to encourage cross-sector cooperation and coordination

in the fight against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, the Global Fund

proposal process requires actors to make every attempt to work through Country

Coordinating Mechanisms (CCMs), that represents the local partnership to battle

the diseases. You can find information about the CCM on our website, and any

details about the process in the guidelines.
