Hi everyone!

I know that quite a few of you contacted us about the video of our

May 2001 CHERAB meeting, which includes a lecture from Dr. Sheppard,

and a short lecture on apraxia and the upcoming research from

Developmental Pediatrician / Medical Director for both Early

Intervention and CHERAB Dr. Marilyn Agin, and a few words from

Developmental Pediatrician / Medical Consultant to CHERAB, Dr. Larry

Laveman.

The hospital will be done with the copies tomorrow. The entire video

is 2 hours long, and starts with the Inside Edition segment that will

be airing Nationwide August 6th, 2001 and August 7th in the NY Metro

area. Videos will be sent with copies of handouts from the lectures,

and information about the premier (first ever!) upcoming apraxia

research and conference.

If you run one of our partner support groups listed on the

http://www.apraxia.cc website (which just means that even if you are

a separate nonprofit that you are willing to work together for the

sake of the children.) then CHERAB will be sending this video to you

free of charge. Or, if you have a support group, or would like to

start one, and would like to be added to our website as one of the

groups that will work together, and also receive the video free of

charge, just let us know! Please just leave the information of where

you want the video and handouts shipped on the CHERAB voicemail at

732-871-6013.

(*)For anyone else that is interested, please just send a note that

has the information on where to mail the video and a check for $14.95

to cover cost and shipping to:

CHERAB Foundation

977 Valley Road Box 339

Gillette, NJ 07933

The first copy of this video was rush (FedEx overnight) sent to Kari

for the Southern California support group's Saturday meeting and made

it " just in time " . Half of the video was shown at their last meeting

(which was also their first meeting) -and the rest will be shown at

their next meeting. But pretty soon the rest of you from outside the

tristate area will see what the CHERAB meetings are like that you

have heard so much about!

Talk to you soon!
