Questions about being Positively Pregnant

Friends,

i had attended a workshop " Positively Pregnant " where a person from Italy

shared that they help couple with positive man and negative woman. in the

study they found sperms don't have HIV on them it is the other fluid in

semen which carry them. therefore thru sperm-wash and arificial insemination

woman can get pregnant from teh same man if the couple wants.

Now, i wanted to know if there is any study which might show that ova has?

or any study which might show that there are more chances of female child

being positive compared to a male child? or any thing like that?

if this happens what might it do to women?
