Guest guest
Wow. Yesterday was "matzo-ball day"....my friends keep dropping "matzo-balls" on me (in Seinfeld language....). Yours was the biggest matzo-ball, Kathie. I'm glad your attitude is good, though!!! The reasons he can't give you stages for your A could be two-fold. One, he doesn't know enough & Dr. L might. But my suspicion is this (again, I'm no medical expert!)...the stages of A are related to the size of your E...sigmoid is stage 4, end-stage, time to get that E completely fixed. If your E is tortuous, it isn't necessarily all stretched out....it is twisted and/or deformed, am I right? So I don't know if the stages apply the same. Your E could be just a couple cm's wide, but somehow getting twisted. Wish I had more time to research. I would also try to find that stages of achalasia info again and put it in files. If anyone is bored....LOL! Please keep us posted Kathie! You know we are all behind you 100%!!! Love ya! Cindi
