Guest guest
Before my surgery, in April 2005, I learned how to expell the food, not make it go down. If I couldn't bubble it up with carbonation I learned how to squeeze my muscles to make the food go out. I got very good at it and could regurg " on demand " . Not sure why, but I lost that skill after the surgery (someone here, can't rememebr who, called it a super power). For chest pains, I had good luck with shredded wheat or someother type of dry cereral.
