You asked me to compare mine with yours (We are talking about our esophaguses ladies). It appears to me that your E is beginning to make a right angle turn in the 7th and 8th photo. In my case it is a very tight right angle, while yours is still "forming." My E then curves back upward again to connect with the stomach, while yours still heads south. Yours still benefits from gravity with the stomach still below the lowest point of the E. Your LES appears very narrow, but not as narrow as mine (yet).
