Second National Conference on HIV / AIDS

Dear colleges,

Last year we had a NGO meet at Mumbai addressing the same issue.

Looking at the present scenario in the country the need to held one

national conference came forward. The idea of organizing such event

was already introduced to most of our partners. It has been discussed

with central health ministry as well as the state government.

The appropriate venue for the meeting, dates and the agenda for the

meeting is being discussed. Some of our partners had shown keen

interest in organizing this event. The budget and other formalitites

are in process.

This is a note for you for suggestions and discussion. For the actual

event we are planning to set on core committee. We had already made

contact with some of the leading organization on this issue. Few of

them had informally agreed to join hands with us. This is a concept

paper for all of us for suggestions and new recommendation

We wish your wholehearted support and active participation.

Please confirm at earliest.

With warm regards from

Yuvak Pratishthan " <yuvak@...>
