In upstate NY I would recommend seeing Dr. Jeff s at Strong in

Rochester. He was a big wig in CA for a number of years before moving

to upstate NY a few years back.

If you can venture a few hours further, I would recommend going to Dr.

Rice at The Cleveland Clinic. It's only a few hours more.

Both are very good and see a high volume of achalasia patients.

in NY

Wasn't there someone else that told us the doctor they wanted didn't take insurance in NY about a year ago and truthfully, I was one that just couldn't believe it. Wonder what she did? Isn't there a nice doctor map on Careplace and also one here?

Hey, Care Place people, I know you are watching, how about giving us a way to leave feedback on our doctors, such as price, bedside manner, apparent skills, success, office staff. Just for us, I know Health... something has something you can pay for, but wouldn't it be nice to have feedback from people who leave and may not come back here for years.
