This is in reference to UNESCO New Delhi Office " ... A high level National

Consultation is planned during the end of August 2002, with academicians,

researchers and NGOs, to disseminate the findings and to enhance the capacities

of researchers to conduct action research using the cultural approach for policy

I second your views on this issue, in fact it is at times a mystery as to

who the so called consultations were held with, since the people and

organisations concerned have no knowledge of the same.
