Guest guest
Hello At first when I spoke to him some years ago he was very defensive because of the way he said he was treated by some members on this site. But once he knew I was seriously interested he was extremely helpful. He was never secretive. Only helpful and just wanting to help achalasia patients as he really feels what he is doing Bowen therapy is making a big difference in his patients. Jenna did try Bowen here in Ontario Canada and after the treatment she was able to eat one meal without any problems but at that time we were seeing an accupunturist and he wanted to treat Jenna exclusively and not want any other treatment intervereing The accupuncture did not do much for the amount of money that it was costing so we quit it. The accupuncturist was successful in getting Jenna's bowels moving well as they along with the achalasia were not functioning properly. That was done by supplements and fiber etc Jenna did have a bit more Bowen done but she has not had enough done to say for sure what it could do. It is a gentle treatment that stimulates the nerves and there is alot of info on the net if you do a search I did buy the teaching dvd and manual to learn it myself to do on Jenna as you can understand how expensive life has been trying so many things over the 9 yrs she has had achalasia. I have not learned it enough to try it on Jenna and now we are in the middle of the MRI stuff coming up. I can scan the papers Bernard gave me as they are very interesting. Most taken right from medical textbooks. My scanner is broke so will ask my oldest daughter to do that for me and will post on the site.
