hi everyone...i recently ordered the proEFA for my son

but i'm having a hard time giving it to him ...i

squeeze the gel into a spoonful of food but he spits

it out...i've wasted several capsules and i don't know

what other foods to try to hide it in...can anyone

give me suggestions?...also i've been giving him

organic whole milk since i can remember...does anyone

know if it will interfere with or cause any side

effects with the proEFA?..thanks to all...JoAnn ( Sky
