Update on Isabella 8 April

Hi all,

More good news! Isabella is allowed solid food from now on. They took x-rays of

her lungs today and if they are okay and things keep on going this well, she

will be released at the end of the week! She couldn't wait to see the boys. So,

this is how quickly things can change. On Sunday she wasn't ready and on Tuesday

she can't wait. I am so happy for her. Her voice sounded stronger and she had a

laugh with a nurse today. This lady came over to tell Isabella how her body had

changed and how it would function after the -ectomy. It turned out that Isabella

knew more about that than she did! Sounds like Isabella is really getting back

to her own self, even though she is still very tired.

Isabella specificilly asked me to thank you all for the many many cards she

received from all over the world. She was overwhelmed by the number and thankful

for all your support! , I will send you a private message with Isabella's

address.

I would like to send Isabella a card also - but it is too late to reach her in jospital - it takes about 10 days for mail to get from here to Holland.
