There was a post in the messages from Kris about non-acid reflux. See.

One thing that came up was the use of pH + MII testing, instead of just

pH testing. Take a look at:

Non-acid Gastroesophageal Reflux: Documenting its Relationship to

Symptoms Using Multichannel Intraluminal Impedance (MII)

Notan,

Thanks for the links I’ll be sure to check them out!!!

I’m in the process of trying to figure out what to do

now..i was on the prevacid and it made me nauseated and my stomach hurt…well

so they told me to stop taking it, and haven’t called me back. This was Wednesday!!!

Now I’m having the same issue of my side hurting and let just say the inability

to go…even though I have the dumping syndrome and haven’t taken my

meds for that in 3 days!! UGH!!! OK where is the garden hose or PVC??? I’m

still waiting on my letter from Achkar to see what his recommendations are. I’m

so tired of Gastric issues it isn’t funny!!!!

In times like this my mother would say," you're a mess." Too bad she

didn't have something more helpful to say, so I could quote that.

I've been saying that my parents probably should have picked up an extended warranty on me. Seems I started falling apart when I hit 30. :)--staceyOn Sun, Apr 27, 2008 at 4:33 PM, C. Warren <juliecwarren@...> wrote:

Stacey,

I think a lot of us get to that point!!! I just don’t

think the side pain and inability to go has anything to do with acid reflux...but

you know how doctors are…they know it all!!!

My wife was reading something and I asked her what it was. She replied,

"its a Big Woman catalog." I asked her if I could order one but she

seemed curtain that I didn't need a newer model.

My husband and I were married just a few months before I started

having spasms, about 6 months before I started having difficulty

swallowing. Some states have lemon laws for cars, where you can

bring them back to the dealer if they turn out to be broken in some

way. I think he should look into lemon laws for wives. :P
