Dear friends and colleagues,

It is a matter of great pleasure that after a long period of waiting

the " AIDS Conference 2002 " is now scheduled to be held during 27 - 28

October 2002 at the Bangladesh - China Friendship Auditorium,

Agargaon, Dhaka. All those who had earlier registered themselves will

be soon receiving individual invitation letters through mail. The

Conference Secretariat is making all out effort to make this

information known to every body.

Earlier when we had to postpone the Conference there were still

requests from individuals and organizations to register for attending

the Conference. We were then unable to accommodate all requests. As

such we are opening up the opportunity to accept new registration

till 13 October 2002. If any body willing to register for attending

the Conference, please contact Mr. Mahbub, Mr. Shabbir, or Mr. Ilyias

at the Conference Secretariat located at " SHISHUK " , 7/1, Block -A,

Lalmatia, Dhaka - 1207. Registration fee is Tk. 1,000 per person. All

those who had registered earlier need not register again.

We are hoping that it would be a large gathering and a successful

Conference. Through this announcement the undersigned would like to

solicit all out cooperation and proactive support from all concerned.
