Update - failed open heller

As some of you know, My open heller failed after not quite a year. I

say a new specialist yesterday and what he wants to do is a dilitation

and possible botox. No I have my reservations re: botox.

Does anyone have any feedback I could use? I would greatly appreciate

it.
