Whats going to happen to me?

I have been living with this disease for over 15 years. I have had

multiple failed Dilatations and two not successfull Myotomy's. I'm able

to maintain my weight and everything eventually goes down with alot of

water. I have a couple questons. What happens if I continue to go

without treatment? Is it eventually going to get bad enough to force me

to have my E removed? Am I at higher risk for cancer? Am I just

delaying the inevitable?
