Guest guest
I'm not quite sure what you mean about a piece of your stomach being 'torn away'. Do you mean there's a big pouch, like a diverticula? It is not uncommon for us to develop a big 'pouch-like' area above the fundo where the E has just stretched out really bad, that's why I had my E removed - it had started to twist and become floppy and had started sagging below my fundo. I know that you have really serious issues but I have to say about the surgery - putting it off is obviously not working for you and I can tell you from experience, you want to be in the best shape you can be for the surgery - you're just getting worse which in turn is going to make it harder for you to recover and increase your complications. 50+ diations is unbelievable to me and it seems to me that you are risking having a serious rupture causing you to need emergency surgery and I'm thinking that is NOT where you want to be. I say this becuase I've had the -ectomy - everytime I read a post from you it seems more and more like the least of the evils facing you. Find the best most experienced surgeon in Au. and PLAN it out so that you can be in the best possible health. Good luck and keep us posted. - in NC
