After twenty years, I am just fed up with this disease.

Recently my open heller failed after less than a year. I went for a

dilitation and I am still getting regurgitation. I just spoke with my

specialist and he wants to try botox.

I personally am fedup with these procecures that don't have any long-

term effect. I suggested an esophogectomy and he told me that they are

rarely done in North America.

I am asking, if you have had an esophogectomy, please let me know if

you live in North America, and if so, where abouts.

I was under the impression from talking to people on this site, that it

was common.
