Well I know that CCF has applications for low income. Would that hospital

possibly have a low income program?

Subject: No Insurance what to do for surgery???(this is for

someone else)

Hey All- I spoke on the phone last night with a gentleman named

from Tennessee. He was diagnosed over a year ago and has already lost

about 40 pounds and vomits on a regular basis cause nothing will go

down.He does not have insurance and does not know what to do.

Any one have any suggestions on what he can do?

Also what specialist are closer to Tennessee?

He talked with one hospital I believe at Vnadervelt who wanted $14,000

up front for surgery, anyone know any cheaper places with specilaist?

Thanks-Tonia

This may be a case where dilatation is a better choice.

Also consider payment plans. check hospital, and other charities. Most

hospitals have connections to charities. Does he belong to a church? Do

they believe in helping the suffering?
