THAT IS AWESOME NEWS!!!!!!MAYBE ONCE DR RICE GETS TO SEE

DAKOTA MAYBE HE CAN GET THINGS MOVING.HECK EVEN IF IT MEANS HIM

DOING THE SURGERY MAYBE FOR FREE.WHO KNOWS WHAT COULD BECOME OF THIS
