Hi, ,

The green and yellowish stuff sounds like an infection so the antibiotic

sounds right.

Sorry you are going through this.  Might it make you feel any better

when I

tell you that the older I get, starting when I was in my late 30's, that

bronchitis

has been taking longer and longer to go away but it DOES go away?  Raising

the bed, drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice, getting loads of rest when

you can, every time you can, and read lots and lots of " almost-literature " ,

you know, tabloids, King, Gerald Le Fanu, Agatha Christie, and

White Trash Cooking (that's a real cook-book and it's fun to read) or whatever

other " almost-literature " you prefer.  And music.  Music helps me ENORMOUSLY.

Feel better soon!  (And you will!)

         Health and happiness,

               Deborah
