Post ectomy question

Hi

I have a question to ask. When you have an ectomy does the surgeon cut the

diaphram to create more room to manovere the stomach when doing the stomach pull

up after cutting out what they want of the Oesophagus??? And if he does what

problems could this cut cause post op if sewn back too tight?

I didn't remember that you had part of it removed. Your case is

different then. I am trying to picture this. Is your LES now above your

diaphragm? If so, where is the wrap?
