FHI Vacancy Announcement: Behavior Change Communication Officer/Head of

Technical Unit - Bangladesh. Asia Regional Programs. Grade 7

Responsible for providing leadership to FHI/Bangladesh in the area of BCC

and ensure that the Behavior Change Interventions that are designed and

supported by FHI/Bangladesh are well developed and carefully implemented and

monitored. Also to provide technical assistance and training as required

furthering the professional understanding and implementation of BCC

principles. As head of the Technical Unit, will coordinate and supervise the

activities and staff of that unit. Requires Masters or Bachelors degree in

public health, communications, social sciences, or related field or

equivalent years of relevant experience and five years of experience using

techniques and principles of BCC for HIV/STI prevention. Proven ability to

work successfully in a developing country.
