Sorry Steve,

I obviously didn't receive the posts in the correct order. I am now aware that

you have also had failed myotomies. I choose to wait until I was in my 40's out

of fear. I could have had my esophagectomy as young as 30. My girls were young

and I wanted to wait until they were 18. Many other factors also, but that

would turn into a book!
