I just talked to kati from Ricmond who is getting some info on Hotel

prices and so on.We are thinking the weekend of Jan 17th & 18th or

which ever night if you dont wanna stay 2 nights.We need to try and

get an idea of all who are serious in coming so maybe we can get some

better rates and begin to make some plans depending on numbers.
