Dear Colleagues,

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the 4th International conference on

AIDS INDIA, to be held in Chennai, from 9th to 12th November 2003 and for

Satellite workshops and “Share Training Programme” on 8th November, 2003.

The first conference was held in 1997, the second in 1999 and the third in 2001,

organised by the Department of Experimental Medicine and AIDS Resource Center of

The Tamil Nadu Dr M.G.R. Medical University to create links between various

groups and academia working with HIV / AIDS. We are committed to bring in the

world-renowned International faculty to disseminate information on HIV / AIDS

and provide training and skills to the health care providers in India. In the

past, the conferences had overwhelming responses and the support from the

National and International community was most encouraging.

The 4th conference Theme is

“Comprehensive solutions – Now”

The 4th international conference on AIDS India promises to be a veritable

scientific event for all those interested in HIV / AIDS.

The conference will be held in Chennai, the city of temples and sand beaches, a

winter destination in India. Away from the conference, one may wish to visit the

old temples at Mahabalipuram; visit Kancheepuram, for world famous silk sarees;

visit Pondichery - renowned for French cuisine and Architecture. Enjoy the South

Indian cuisine, hospitality, dance and song - there is plenty for everyone!

The world famous and renowned faculty and well-structured conference programme

will provide an unique experience.
