Guest guest
Hey Christie! Unfair! Unfair! I might have suggested a LITTLE bit of this approach, but I am not actually completely uncritical in what I take! Quite apart from not being able to swallow more than half a pound of pills at a sitting... Seriously though, I am at the moment only on abx and some fairly basic supplements like CoQ10, Alpha lipoic acid and vitamins. But I have to say that allergies are making my life hell, although I am no longer (touch wood) constantly catching overt infections. Another thought - there is a worrying post on Recovery which I quote here - I have asked this woman for more details of her protocol and will post when received if she is willing. Best wishes, n ----------message from recovery that worries me------- >Recover from CFS! - http://www.seaquake.com/cfs-fm-recovery/discussion.html > >yes, been there, done that. Tried the half pound and cannot tolerate it either! No, I understood what you were saying. lol! >Seriously though, I am at the moment only on abx and some fairly basic >supplements like CoQ10, Alpha lipoic acid and vitamins. I keep saying I will go back to those as they did help in the past. I stopped getting colds, but didn't help asthma. I know what you mean about constant infections you mentioned in previous post - I have had them for past 3 years without letup. I FINALLY convinced a doc to run subclasses of IgG, etc. There is NO way my immune system is " normal " as docs keep saying!! Right now, sinuses are trying to act up, but abx are probably combatting infections trying to get started. When you are fighting one infection/disorder, it is so easy to become ill with another! take care, Christie
Guest guest
have you tried Doxepin it is a tricylic anti depressant but it is also a very powerful anti histamine .. take a very small dose -- start with 2 to 5 mg -- at night. Give the liquid version in order to have better control over your dose. thanks Steve RE: Thyroid / abx > Christie From: n <jrobinso@...> Hey Christie! Unfair! Unfair!
