More active participation needed

Dear all members

This is one discussion group with over 1,400 members, but i am surprised

at the number of mails (3-4) recieved daily. I think most of us are

passive members. Do we not need to get out of this slumber and try to

make this as active discussion group which can offer stonger advocacy

amongst the planners besides being able to start a helpline in project

management of HIV+ programs. ofcourse, many other areas of interaction

can be thought of and discussed and networked
