I don't always agree with your conclusions but I really appreciate the

rigorous way you try to go about this, and this whole thing about sx=>tx and

totally by-passing a true dx is what sends me absolutely wild with medicine.

And then doctors will have the general public believe that they (doctors)

behave like this bec " people just don't want to know, they just want to walk

out of the office with a script that is going to treat their sx " . We know

that's medical propaganda to explain why they don't want to do their job.

And I think we should not behave in the same way (try and patch up on sx

here, and one sx there).

I know some sx have to be addressed bec they can cause damage in the medium

to long term (ie brain injury ref to by Cheney for eg) but I have pbs with

getting rid of my sx half way up stream bec I USE my sx to monitor tx and

assess where I'm at with this and that.

So, I'm with , let's try and get to the bottom of things
